Workshop Description
In the June class, participants will create several pencil sketches and color studies using the technique of “underpainting” in which they will create a pastel painting. The class will focus on the beauty of flowers. The instructor will supply the materials to use, and provide demonstrations to show each step followed by a practice session which guides participants through each step of the process of creating a pastel painting. Each participant will receive a “Kit” of supplies to use during the class.
